Rooted In Family Values
Locally owned and operated by Eric & Pat Dengler, Let It Shine Inc., began as a small family business. Pat and her ten siblings moved to Fort Collins from Italy in 1968. While their father, Ralph, worked as a brick mason (and later worked as a janitor at the local Budweiser Brewery), mom, Nancy, had her hands full and required the girls learn to clean the house to her very high standards. Those teachings stuck with Pat and she started cleaning houses and small businesses in 1994. Because of her hard work, impeccable reputation, and her heart for service, inevitable growth occurred and Eric came on board to help run the business in 2003. These virtues of hard work and character serve as the backbone of Let It Shine and are shared with employees who also learn that the high standards of mother Nancy very much remain. We are privileged to provide commercial cleaning services and janitorial services throughout northern Colorado, including Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley, and are humbled and appreciative of the trust placed in us by our clients.

Our front-line employees are the rock stars of the company. It is their daily, largely unseen, hard work that makes us shine. Many come to us new to the industry without experience because we cast a wide net for good, responsible people of high character. It is sometimes said that anybody can clean and that may be true. But we have found it also takes individuals who are made with a personal pride and work ethic that will not let themselves perform below par. They want to be counted on to execute their responsibilities at a high level. And we support them with extensive training and treat them with respect and appreciation for their contributions. With the cost of living on a steady incline, we have come to recognize that the part-time employment we provide is important and can contribute to household incomes. We feel a responsibility to give our team the tools and training necessary to succeed at Let It Shine and in our community. The success of our cleaning team members is paramount and critical to their financial goals and our goal of performing well for clients. Everybody wins!
